周小秋,博士,教授,博士生导师。“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,全国创新争先奖获得者、全国先进工作者、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划人选,国务院特殊津贴专家,全国农业杰出科研人才、四川省学术与技术带头人,全国优秀科技工作者、四川省首届杰出人才奖获得者。世界华人鱼虾营养学术委员会委员,中国动物营养分会水产动物营养专业委员会主任委员;中国水产学会水产动物营养专业委员会专业委员,全国饲料评审委员会委员,四川动物营养与饲料学分会荣誉理事长;《动物营养学报》、《Animal Nutrition》、《四川农业大学学报》编委。主持获国家科技二等奖2项,省科技进步一等奖2项,发表SCI论文200余篇,获授权国际和国内发明专利20项。
