◆个人简历
吴先军,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人,四川省有突出贡献优秀专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。1985年7月毕业于四川大学生物系植物学专业,1995年7月四川大学生物系植物学专业硕士研究生毕业,1998年获四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业博士学位。1995年至今在四川农业大学水稻研究所工作,1997年10月至1998年1月在中国科学院遗传研究所学习,2002年10月至2003年1月在英国John Innes Centre访问研究,2016年6-7月在英国阿伯丁大学生物与环境研究所访问,2016年12月至2017年6月在澳大利亚CSIRO农业与食品研究所访问研究。现任水稻研究所遗传研究室主任,四川省细胞生物学会副理事长。
◆工作经历
1985.7-1987.11,四川省名山县百丈镇政府工作;1987.11-1992.9,四川省名山县科委工作;1995年至今,在四川农业大学水稻研究所工作,其间:2001.1起任副研究员,2005.1起任教授,2005.7-2010.3任水稻所总支副书记,2010.3-2023.2任水稻所总支/党委书记。

1981.9-1985.7,四川大学生物系植物学专业本科学习,获学士学位;1992.9-1995.7,四川大学生物系植物学专业学习,获硕士学位;1995.9-1998.7,四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业学习,获博士学位。

◆研究领域
1、重穗型杂交稻研究。针对长江上游稻作生态区,研究重穗型杂交稻株型发育的分子机理,采用常规育种和分子育种技术,创制重穗型杂交稻亲本材料并进行组合选配。
2、水稻重要性状功能基因研究与应用。以水稻种质资源和突变体为材料,定位、克隆穗部、颖花和种子发育相关基因,开展基因功能研究,同时应用于品种定向改良。
