张红平,男,四川平昌人,生于1971年10月。博士,二级教授,博士研究生导师,国家畜禽遗传资源委员会羊专委会专家,国家肉羊产业技术体系成都综合试验站站长,农业农村部“全国肉羊遗传改良计划”专家委员会专家,四川省学术与技术带头人,四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家,第三次全国畜禽遗传资源普查技术专家组羊专业组专家;国家 “三区”人才支持计划科技人员;国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县科技特派团(白玉县)团长。1997年7月获四川农业大学动物遗传育种专业硕士学位,毕业后留校任教。2003年7月四川农业大学动物遗传育种与繁殖学专业博士研究生毕业,获博士学位,2006年3月—7月在四川大学进修,2007—2008年赴美国Purdue University 从事博士后研究。中国畜牧兽医学会高级会员,中国畜牧兽医学会养羊研究会常务理事,四川省肉羊遗传改良计划专家组副组长,四川省畜牧兽医学会养羊专委会副理事长,四川省“天府粮仓”高端智库专家(肉羊),草食动物科学重庆市重点实验室第一届学术委员会委员(2022-2025)、巴中市首批特聘专家(巴山优才特聘专家)、广元市昭化区特聘专家。
