殷中琼,女,1968年11月生,博士,四川农业大学教授,博士生导师,农业部第七届兽药评审专家库专家(2017年-2022年),中国畜牧兽医学会兽医药理与毒理分会常务理事(2019-2023年),中国毒理学会第六届兽医毒理学委员会委员(2021-2025年),中国畜牧兽医学会兽医病理学分会第九届理事会理事(2017-2022年),国家现代农业产业技术体系四川新兽药创新团队岗位专家(2017-2022年),四川省普通本科高等学校药学类专业教学指导委员会委员(2021-2025年),四川农业大学兽药研究与评价中心主任(负责中心CMA、GLP/GCP资质认证)。
长期从事兽用中药资源与制剂领域的科学研究,围绕兽用中药资源与制剂研究方向,研制新中兽药8类,其中获得临床批件5个,注册资料上报农业部2个,先后主持和参与国家级项目、省级及横向项目30余项;获农业部神农中华农业科技一等奖和二等奖各1项;四川省科技进步三等奖3项;市级科技进步一等奖和三等奖各1项;授权发明15项,研究论文100余篇,其中SCI收录论文 80余篇。

◆教学活动
教学:长期工作在教育教学一线,先后主讲《兽医药理学》、《兽医毒理学》、《药物化学》和《基础兽医学进展》等本科生和硕博士生课程。担任药学专业负责人近10年,建设药学专业为省级一流专业,并申报国家级专业;建设《药物化学》课程为省级一流课程,并申报国家级一流课程,主持省级教改项目2项,校级教改项目1项,发表教改论文10余篇,主持获得校级教学成果一等奖1项,参与二等奖1项。在人才培养、学科(专业)建设、课程建设、教育教学改革等方面作出突出贡献。

2 指导毕业硕博士研究生70余人,在读硕博士研究生10余人。获得省级和校级优秀硕博士毕业论文8人次。
◆我的团队
团队成员7人,其中教授1人,副教授4人,教师2人,团队成员学历100%博士研究生,其中具有海外博士学位的3人。团队成员长期致力于兽药中药和植物提取类饲料添加剂的研究,先后入选四川省“10+3”科技服务团(川药);共建“成都市坤宏优创生物科技有限公司-四川农业大学中兽药制剂研发产学研联合实验室” ;入选成都乾坤动物药业股份有限公司院士(专家)工作站专家;建设四川农业大学兽药研究与评价中心通过国家级新兽药GLP资质认证平台(西部地区目前唯一通过的高校,可进行急性毒性、亚慢性毒性、安全药理和局部毒性4个与新兽药注册申报的安全性评价工作)和四川省CMA资质平台(可进行兽药类、微生物类、生物制品类、猪病类、禽病类、皮肤病原真菌类、鱼类疾病类、体外寄生虫疾病类、临床检测类等148个项目/参数的检测,出具权威检测报告。)。在推动中兽药及饲料添加剂的研制、川产道地药材非药用部位的兽用价值评价及产品开发、提高中药材资源利用率、提升产业价值、新兽药研制创新平台建设、产学研结合和成果转化等方面作出了突出贡献。
