◆个人简历
马孟根,男,1974年8月生,教授,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,博士、硕士生导师。四川农业大学获预防兽医学硕士学位,四川大学获遗传学博士学位,美国博士后研究经历。承担研究生高级微生物学、微生物学专题、现代微生物学实验技术等课程的部分教学工作。现研究方向为:农作物秸秆降解微生物以及发酵转化微生物资源的收集;采用现代生物学技术和手段,分析微生物在纤维素降解与微生物发酵过程中的限制因素,开展微生物的人工选育、基因工程育种以及代谢途径改造,充分提高微生物对纤维素的降解速度、对水解液中抑制因子的耐受能力以及对五碳糖的利用效率,实现农作物秸秆向乙醇的能源转化、向木糖醇的保健转化,以及向其它高价值生化产品的转化;土壤微生物资源发掘与利用;污染土壤的微生物修复技术。参与国家“九五”、“十五”科技攻关项目研究,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、四川省科技厅2项、教育厅项目1项以及成都市科技局项目1项,获四川农业大学人才引进项目资助。在国内外刊物上发表论文50余篇,其中SCI收录论文18篇(累计IF 50.0以上)、EI收录论文1篇,参编英文专著2部。获四川省科技进步一、二等奖各1项,四川省政府先进个人表彰1项。获专利授权13件,其中美国发明专利1件。
