先后主持或主研国家级、省部级项目20余项。其中，主持国家自然科学基金委员会面上项目“Smad2/3在黄鳝卵巢发育中的功能及其作用机制分析”（项目编号31972777），国家自然科学基金项目青年项目“黄鳝性腺Gdf9受体分子的筛选及信号转导机制研究（项目编号31402286）”，主研国家自然基金面上项目“硬骨鱼类性腺分化发育的表观遗传机制研究”（编号：31072197）和“硬骨鱼类黄鳝卵巢早期分化发育及其分子机制分析”（编号：31172088），四川省教育厅课题项目“基于核基因和线粒体基因鉴定史氏鲟和西伯利亚鲟正反交杂种”。参加校地、校企横向合作项目20余项。
