1.基于经典分类学,重点研究西南及周边地区直翅类昆虫系统分类、区系分布及物种多样性。

2.基于形态和分子数据,研究直翅目昆虫各阶元系统发育关系、特征演化及生物地理。

3.重要农业害虫天敌资源与利用。
