◆研究领域
生物技术在果树上的应用,果树重要性状功能基因解析与表观遗传修饰研究。
主要集中在草莓和梨果实成熟与品质形成调控研究。通过比较转录组、代谢组等生物技术信息手段,筛选出草莓和梨果实中调控成熟和品质形成的关键基因。进而通过基因过表达、沉默,以及酵母单双杂交,转基因等生物技术对筛选出的基因功能进一步进行研究。最终揭示草莓和梨果实中品质调控的分子机制,为良种繁育奠定基础。
