◆个人简历
毕业于中国科学院动物研究所动物学专业,获理学博士学位。主要从事适应性演化研究,主要研究内容包括:动物适应性表型的演化,动物适应性演化的遗传与分子机制,动物功能基因的演化等。已经累计在Science Advances、PNAS、Molecular Biology and Evolution、Plos Genetics、Integrative Zoology、Journal of Nanobiotechnology、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Current Zoology中国科学·生命科学、科学通报等国内外期刊发表学术论文21篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Science Advances、Molecular Biology and Evolution、Plos Genetics、Integrative Zoology发表SCI论文4篇。

3. 性选择与自然选择的演化权衡规律(返修中);
4. 发育限制与多样性的演化权衡规律(返修中);
5. 遗传变异与可塑性的演化权衡规律(PLoS Genetics,MBE)。

◆我的团队
所在团队为“动物适应性表型与基因组演化”团队。动物重要性状的演化及其遗传机制一直是生命科学领域的前沿与热点研究领域,我们研究团队以多种动物为研究对象,利用全基因组测序与功能实验等方法系统研究动物的适应性演化,性别决定机制,遗传多样性,功能基因组与营养免疫等方面的重要科学问题,为动物性状演化、分布格局的现状和成因提供理论基础。研究成果发表于Science Advances, eLife, Molecular Biology and Evolution, Plos Genetics, Journal of Nanobiotechnology, Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, Zoological Reserch, Genes等期刊,荣获四川省科技进步三等奖 1项,中国水产学会范蠡科学技术二等奖1项。团队主持在研国家自然科学基金项目2项、四川省科技厅等省部级科研项目3项。
