长期从事肉牛、牦牛营养与饲养,饲料资源开发与高效利用研究。主持在研国家科技部三级课题“雷波县肉牛高效养殖技术集成与示范(2022YFD1601606)”“地方饲料资源开发与牦牛饲料保障体系构建(2021YFD1600202)”2项,四川省科技厅扶贫专项“叙永优质特色肉牛产业品牌建设与扶贫示范基地项目(示范基地)”1项,先后参与国家肉牛牦牛产业技术体系(牦牛营养与饲养岗位,CARS-37)、农业行业专项(青藏高原社区草-畜高效转化关键技术,201203008)、四川省科技支撑计划(牦牛、肉牛专用补饲料研发与示范,2016NZ008)等部省级项目3项,参与国家自然科学基金项目2项。获省部级科技进步二等奖3项,授权发明专利3项,在SCI和中国核心期刊上发表有关反刍动物营养领域相关论文20余篇,副主编专著1本,参编2本。
